Free trial: try a Nano bot server free (7 days through Nov 2)

Start a free ESN Hosting trial with no card: a Nano Discord bot server (256 MB RAM, 25% CPU, 1 GB disk). Trials started through Nov 2, 2026 last 7 days.

Every ESN Hosting account can run one free trial server, with no card needed. It's the same size as the Nano plan and is made for Discord bots.

7-day trial this week: trials started on or before November 2, 2026, 11:59 PM Central last 7 days. After that, new trials go back to 3 days. The trial box on the Plans page always shows the current length.

What you get

  • 256 MB RAM, 25% CPU and 1 GB disk
  • A Discord bot server: Python, Node.js or Java
  • The full panel: console, file manager, startup settings and SFTP

Minecraft servers aren't part of the trial. They need a paid plan with at least 1 GB of RAM.

Start your trial

  1. Sign in to the panel and open Buy a server (panel.esnoffical.com/plans).
  2. Under What do you want to host?, pick Discord bot and then Python, Node.js or Java.
  3. In the Try it free box, choose Start free trial.
  4. When it says your trial server is ready, choose Open your server. It also appears on your dashboard.

Then upload your bot. See Python bots or Node.js bots.

Trial rules

  • One trial per account. A trial also can't be reused with the same email address or the same linked Discord account.
  • Only a limited number of trials can start each day. If you see "Free trials are full for today", try again tomorrow or pick a plan.
  • If there's no room on the nodes right now, the panel says so and nothing is created.

When the trial ends

When the trial ends, the server is suspended, not deleted. If you then buy a plan for the same kind of bot, the same server is upgraded and switched back on, so your files are still there.

Card trial: 3 days on Nano, Starter or Basic

There's also a free 3-day trial of the Nano, Starter or Basic bot plans that needs a card. You pay $0 today; after 3 days the plan's normal monthly price starts unless you cancel first.

  • Start it in the ESN Hosting Discord with /freetrial or the "Start free 3-day trial" button. That makes a link tied to your panel account.
  • Check out with the same email as your panel account, so the server is set up on your account automatically.
  • One card trial per person (Discord account, email or card).
  • To cancel or change your card, use Stripe's billing page and sign in with your checkout email.
