How to get an ESN Hosting account and sign in

How to get an ESN Hosting account, every way to sign in to the ESN game panel, and how to link Discord, Google, GitHub, GitLab or Steam.

Everything you host with ESN lives in the ESN game panel at panel.esnoffical.com. You need a panel account to start a free trial, buy a plan, or manage a server.

Getting a new account

Make one yourself at panel.esnoffical.com/auth/register (or choose New here? Create an account on the sign-in page). It's free and takes about a minute. See How to create an account for the details.

Tip: use the same email address you'll pay with on Stripe. When you buy from the Plans page, your panel email is filled in for you, so your order lands on your account. Your "server ready" email (and Discord DM, if your Discord is linked) includes how to sign in.

Ways to sign in

Open panel.esnoffical.com/auth/login. Depending on what you've set up, you can sign in with:

  • Email (or username) and password. This always works.
  • Google. This works when your Google email is the same as your panel email.
  • Discord, GitHub, GitLab or Steam. These work once you've linked them to your account (see below).
  • Email sign-in link. The panel emails you a one-time link that's valid for 15 minutes.

Signing in with another service never creates a new account. If you see a message like "No ESN Hosting account is linked to that Discord account", sign in with your email and password first, then link it.

  1. Sign in and open Account from the top bar.
  2. Find Connected accounts and choose Link next to the service you want.
  3. Approve it on that service's page. You'll come back to the panel with it linked.

You can unlink a service from the same card at any time. If you use two-factor authentication, the panel still asks for your code after a linked sign-in.
